The trouble with Bedstop is that they have no clear process to resolve customer complaints. It is a franchise, so if you have a problem with the store there is nowhere central for you to go to resolve issues. We had 3 problems with our order (incorrect price, failed to order mattress, and wrong mattress ordered). They wouldn't accept a return on the mattress so we were left with one much too firm. We took it to the person who organised the franchise in Auckland, but did not receive a reply from them. My advice is that it's not worth the risk. Edit: Just want to acknowledge bedstop for their response below. I think the response is really helpful in illustrating the importance of being able to escalate customer complaints to someone else when people have different points of view about what happened. We didn't feel comfortable in bringing our complaint back to the store because we felt we weren't understood or listened to. The names of the beds were very similar (florence vs florence deluxe) and it's not possible to check/feel the firmness of the mattress by looking at the name online. Our solution was to source a mattress topper from elsewhere as this was much cheaper for us than paying more money to bedstop to resolve the problem. However, my main review was not actually about what happened to us at the store, but about the lack of response I received to my complaint via email (x2) to the franchise. I also want to note that bedstop received two apologies from us for the use of a swear word when asking for your answer to a specifc question ("i just want an fn answer"), from a very tired and upset customer who was physically reduced to tears. I wish them all the very best for the future and hope this helps to improve the consumer complaints process for the franchise as a whole. Thank you.

I have purchased a Queen and a King Single bed from BedStop and very satisfied by the quality and the customer service. Of all the shops I found BedStop reasonable and honest in providing a fair comparison between various brands. Prices are reasonable as compared to other big stores selling the same brand products. Happy to recommend.
