Super disappointed in tonights meal, picture of how it was delivered. Pizza Hut you need to get a lot better. This shouldn't even leave the store like this. Just what is your standard? and when I called to advise and complain why blame Head Office, bottom line not my problem, deliver a decent meal and get it right!! This has no quality and no customer satisfaction. - Harshin the duty manager of Ellerslie branch advised the pizzas would be remade and re-delivered, over an hour and a half later and the pizzas are still 20m away. Harshin has great trouble understanding English making things harder to remedy and overall the experience is poor at the very best. I would think twice about ordering from this store as they don't respect their customers and have the attitude of take what your given with no service provided.

Located on the main road, great place to buy pizza.
Super helpful and understanding young lady behind the counter, lent me her mobile to do some phone banking to transfer money across as my phone had died after a long tiring trip from out of town. Pizza was DELICIOUS!
When you pay extra for extra large pizza doesn't mean you put the same amount of chicken for snack size. Hardly any protein when I ordered chicken pizza. Would rather call it cheese and tomato paste pizza with 3 capsicums

I could see pizzas sitting on the bench getting cold while the overwhelmed staff are trying their best to attend to everyone. They were too short staffed and the speed of getting orders through was horrible. If only this was a fast food restaurant. The pizza still tasted good. Worth the wait?? Not really!
Why is Garry or Jerry very disrespectful not placing my order for me and isnt being nice at all now I'm never going to pizza hut again. Mc Donald's is better because it is more fast food it's more faster than you guys.
I like this place because of the location, but as some other people have mentioned, there is a problem with the door that they haven’t fixed and the music is sometimes too loud. I don’t mind it so much, but these have been a problem for well over a year. Pizza is usually pretty good and the price is right, so not a bad option.
