The owner has a pretty bad attitude. The place is great with dogs and all the rest of the staff are great, however couple of times when I asked the same day if my dogs can stay, the owner makes such a big deal and make it look like a problem even he though he has space available and after moaning about it he take them anyway. He is not doing favour to us, we are paying for a service and if he can't take my dogs he can just say so and we can find a solution. We decided not to bring them anymore as we can not deal with such an attitude, i do not want to give money to a place that make it look like when i ask for something is always a problem.

While the registration process was smooth and professional and the staff friendly, we were disappointed that within a short time of our dog being at the Kennels for her first time, we were advised that she wouldnt be accepted back for a longer stay due to her behaviour towards other dogs (snappy). Some dogs need a little time to settle in and can find being around a number of other dogs all at once overwhelming. She has never attacked another dog in her 12 years of life and it was disappointing that the staff weren't prepared to let her get used to the new surroundings and work with her to make her feel comfortable, but made the decision in just over an hour that she wasn't welcome back. Thankfully she does fit in well at Pawprints Kennels down the road which is where we'll take her next time.

Awesome motel stop for our cat Teena, she shows no sign of stress whatsoever and she can be a stress ball at times being a rescue cat. Owners and staff are very friendly, they keep a clean well run establishment. A

Sadly owners pretty much pick and choose animals when it is convenient for them . Quick to tell you they fully booked when they have taken a dislike to your pet . Also noted several scars suggestive of unsupervised playtime . One occasion pet came running out back to car with tail between leg and jumped straight in the car ... was very suspicious of having been mistreated . Also owner not fond of people looking inside facility which makes me wonder what’s going on inside Try to avoid ......
