Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They are all over you to sell you a property. Then wait till something goes wrong. So far I have had the following, Roof flashing blown off in the wind, bath spout came off within wall cavity and flooded the house, there plumber admitted liability and I still ended up having to repair, interior walls cracking which they advised to wait a year for the land to settle before repairing. I requested the repair a year later and they declined, which I will now have to pay for. My advice don't purchase a home from this company.
