Just about sums up poor customer service NZ-style! I rang at five to five but the phone message said they were shut. (So no need to answer the phone if you are keen to get out the door). But the message said if I left a message they would get back to me as soon as they were open. So I held on - and there was no facility to leave a message! I shall be taking my custom elsewhere.
