Thank you Ryan and Terry at Duct Tape Workshop Ponsonby Central for a the excellent service you have done on my Apple Mac Pro laptop this week. You are a knowledgeable team who were very efficient in replacing several components so that my computer is now as good as new. I have used Duct Tape Workshop several times for various repair work on my iphone and on older computers over the years and have always been pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Duck Tape Workshop as a fast and excellent computer and phone repair service.

Highly recommend this place! Bought an iPhone 11 from the new market store and really happy with it. An excellent product with almost the lowerest price you can find in Auckland. Nice staff there and good environment in the new store. Will definitely shop with them in the future for more electronic device.

Great staff with so much knowledge. Straight to the point, and are not afraid to lose a bit of money to help you. Used this place many times, only for Apple though, but every time it was fast, and the best repair I have had in ages. Screen cracks and other common issues take them about half an hour, so you can see ponsonby road while you wait.

Highly recommend this NZ trader. You may be able to buy cheaper overseas but this is the place to come for a hassle and worry free purchase. For me the phone I purchased online was accurately described and shipping was super fast.... no one wants to wait for their phone and it is something overseas vendors can’t do. Would use again and recommend to friends.
