Thank you so very much for your patients over the phone it's hard when your in Australia to decide what to send to someone in New Zealand the lady suggested I look threw there arrangement to which I did and found pot plants as well so happy for the excellent service.

Worst service ever.Dont order from this shop!! I had made arrangements from the morning when i called for a surprise. They ruined my surprise, left the flowers outside in a box even though there was noone there plus the sales person "Tracey" attitude was disgusting unstead of trying to understand me and be calm she was screaming at me, disgusting behaviour for customer service, very dissapointed. They delivered the flowers to the address of a company that by the time they delievered noone was there so they left the flowers somewhere in a box outside from 2pm until the next day when they were found. I have ordered flowers many times this is the worst experience i ever had especially coming from the sales person not trying to understand and on top trying to blame the customer for not telling them what time the company closes when i had made sure to call from the morning and asked the sales person what time they will be delivered and she said as soon as possible on the first delivery.Thank you Black Rose for spoiling the surprise that was meant to be for someone special.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers - large bunch not as large as I (or my mother sadly) would have expected, but they are beautiful. Maybe they cost more Mothers Day like florists do on valentines due to demand? If it's the case would've been nice to know as neither of us felt they were what you would expect for the price.
