Awesome service from the furniture department
We always get fantastic service from Stephen in the furniture department and Tita in the appliance section. They've worked at Harvey Norman for many years and are both so knowledgeable and obliging. When we buy furniture we actively seek out Stephen as we know he'll really look after us. Michael and James from the electrical department are also very helpful. We are longtime customers and will continue to be because we feel genuinely valued by the Harvey Norman Porirua Team. Thank you! Lisa and John
Utterly hopeless service. I was rung by Jennifer to organise delivery and asked by her to ring back. I rang back 6 times over 2 days and left messages for her 3 times. Not once did she have the courtesy to ring back. I won't use this store again.
The customer service guy said he would give us a great deal off of the advertised price. We went to Beds are us and their advertised price was cheaper. Nice try Harvey.
