I'm normally a big fan of KFC, but I find this KFC doesnt deliver the usual quality of product that you Should expect from KFC. I have eaten here 4 times since opening and I have found the chicken to be rubbery and dry this signals that the food isn't being prepared properly. I caution KFC lovers to avoid this store until they take measures to correct the food quality.

It's KFC, not too much to expect. The refurb is nice, and I appreciate the self-serve kiosks. Dunno how I feel about the touchscreen drink dispenser (germs(?)), and the centre aisle leading to the till makes me feel like I'm going to church or geting married. But, overall, it's nice.

Recently went to KFC Porirua and service was good and the food was fresh! Don’t often get that good of service or food from any KFC store these days but definitely appreciated it from KFC porirua.

Brand new venue, polite friendly service. Warm, well lit. Comfy chairs. Price of food remains fare and reasonable. Parking when packed is an issue, however Still great food. Worth a visit.

Newly finished Porirua KFC sees some changes. You can order on the screen now instead of talking to a person. However the number you get is not table service, you still need to collect your meal. Food was normal KFC, tasty.
