Went in to look at some caravans, being new to them, the information and service was great, very helpful. They knew when to be around and knew when to leave us be to have a look around on our own. Still undecided, but if we make the call to get one, we will be going back to them.

Totally Dissatisfied. Ordered a full annex from them arrived finally pieces missing. Changed story depending on who was talking to. Several different story,s on missing draft skirt. Unwilling to help any further. Will NEVER deal with or recomend them ever again only gave the 1 star because couldn't give lower!!! I In reply to your answere if you bothered to look at the measurements & get back to me i could of taken more. Likevi said total incompetent company. Would not deal with your outfit if you were the last Jayco dealer left Dont try sugar coating your unwillingness to sort this problem this annex took 6 months to arrive !!!. Plenty of time to sort if things were not right!!!. That still does NOT explaine why even at NO POINT IN THE 6 MONTHS IT TOOK FOR THIS ANNEX TO ARRIVE WAS I CONTACTED TO PUT RIGHT THE SO CALLED MISSING MEASUREMENT... Even the Manufacture of this Annex have told me you people did NOT FULFILL YOUR OBLIGATIONS TO SUPPLY A FULL ANNEX... Your company changed your story every time i contacted you thruout the 6 month,s this took Did not return calls. Ignored some e.mails sent. Like i have said totally useless company!!!. Even your replies to my review are the opposite of what you said in your last e.mail when you stated that you WILL NOT BE ASSTING ME ANY FURTHER!!!. After 6 months of waiting & then finding several item,s missing i think i am fully entitled to be a little ANNOYED & entitled to piont out your companys drastic shortfalls. As for this so called abuse of your staff i could of been far worse had i not held back!!! I find it VERY SUSPICIOUS that when i first contacted your company on the missing item,s your first words were "WE DID NOT OPEN YOUR PACKAGES!!!" & missing Draft Skirr went from being in the smallee box (Definatly sent. Toto forgotten to send to not being made due to measuement not being completed!!!. So everyone can make up their own minds on which of your repies to the item were your lies!!!.

Fantastic people who generally care about their customers. Great customer service and very helpful. Its comforting knowing they have good product knowledge and can offer good advice when buying a Caravan or RV.. I would highly recommend Prestige Caravans to my family and friends. AAA.
Nice campers/caravans and nice owners too, very accommodating. Sharp pricing too. Baught a nice small camper with drop-down bed there, which we have been looking for for years...

Absolutely fabulous range and pricing
Went to their yard on three separate occasions. The first time was admittedly a Saturday, but the barking from a woman behind the desk was “we don’t open many vans or RV’s on a Saturday” making us feel uncomfortable and able to only see two options and peering through windows. The next time I went back was amazingly better, their younger woman staff member went above and beyond for me, really listened and investigating options for me. I went back for the last time on a Saturday again (as sometimes that’s the only day you can), unfortunately the young lady wasn’t there and I was not greeted with delight. The very grumpy older man and woman said they couldn’t help me, opened one RV and left me to it. I explained several times that I was after brand new, nice RV. All I kept hearing from them was they didn’t have anything new, they deal in the cast offs from the rental/tourist market. I couldn’t understand how they didn’t pick up the stick and offer to find me one, I was standing there prepared to pay thousands of dollars, but they ended up having me leave their yard feeling angry, frustrated and they obviously are doing too well to need anymore money. The man wrote down the name of the manufacturer they use in Auckland and told me to ring them or somewhere in Christchurch! No worries dude! I’m about to buy my brand new RV worth many thousands from Merit RV in New Plymouth, who actually do care for clients, go above and beyond. Don’t bother with these people, they clearly don’t need business!
