Did a bit of research in double glazing and came to know about this service. Got quotes from a couple others and decided to go ahead with them. The work did get delayed due to the covid-19 pandemic but its all complete now. The workmanship has been excellent. Right from the very beginning to the final delivery and implementation has been a very smooth and professional experience. Karen was managing the communication and we were very well updated with the status. The technician who were installing at home followed all the govt regulations around level3/2 lockdown. There was a defect in one of the windows and before we could spot it a replacement was ordered which arrived in a couple of days. So very happy with their service and quality, the home feels way much warmer now, highly recommended.
We heard about The Double Glazing Company at the Wellington Home Show. They came and gave us a no obligation quote which was comparative to a couple of others we had received. We chose them because they have a deposit guarantee where they use a third party Trust to look after your deposit which can't be accessed without your approval; also the sales manager was very informative and professional. We had to wait for a few months as they were fully booked up from the Home Show, but they were up front about the timeframe. The work was carried out in a professional manner and we are thrilled with the results. When one of our French doors was not closing properly due to slight settling, they were prompt to return and adjust it and it now closes perfectly. I recommend this family owned, local business.

Good product and installation but the after care service is terrible, we have an issue with one window pain and they don't want to know about it, no reply to many emails and calls
Terrible service, waited 1 month for someone to come and do a measure up for double glazing, then they never even followed up with a quote. Guess they don't want any business.
