I am here now they lost my Jacket at another location, apparently they do not do their own suit press at this location...they do it at a factory. Not sure how my jacket was dropped off at the wrong location but the lack of communication at this place is something that needs to be changed.

The lady in the store didn't know about the delivery service, which for some reason was only accessible online and not in stores. She was also very blunt and unhelpful about my other questions.
