Caitlin is an amazing yoga teacher. I have enjoyed every class I have attended and the personal transformation has been a wonderful process over the months. The retreats Caitlin holds have been very special and I would not bother to travel anywhere else but to Prema Yoga to experience the best in yoga retreats with the beautiful Mt Te Aroha as a back drop to the Prema Yoga studio.
