This has to be Dunedin's best Butcher Shop! Great service, excellent selection of high quality products (including some really innovative offerings). Clearly a very hygienic and clean shop, with most product made on site. You definitely ought to give their homemade pies a go as well - they are delicious! Really lovely guys running the shop, they are a real pleasure to deal with. It this type of shop that makes buying local, and supporting small business, good sense and great value!

Best meat in Dunedin by far. Their dry aged steaks are to die for, the all beef patties are divine, and they make true meaty butchers pies like no other! Buy their meat if you dare - it will put you off supermarket butchers for good.

Awesome butcher service with all the trimmings and so much more. While you can get your standard cuts of meat here, you also feel like everything comes with a wee splash of flavour, a punch of creativity, a dash of the delicious. This is so much more than your average butcher shop. You leave with cooking ideas, and in my case, wishing I had bought the onion jam relish, plans to return for those 'Godfather' sausages, dreams of the roast veg packs complete with flavour bomb and satisfaction that a heavenly steak and cheese pie has just been cooked for you personally. Check them out if you haven't already.

A little pricey but hey, of you want good meat... The sausages we got were great, I like them when they are more meat than veggie protein. They guys were friendly, informative and professional
