Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hobby or for fitness benefits! Marie has been amazing through out my whole experience and I will continue to come back. Very friendly by all staff members from the moment you walk in the door! Absolutely, can’t fault them anywhere!!

I did kickboxing here for about 7 years and loved it. Everyone was so welcoming and became like family to me, plus it's fantastic exercise and discipline. I only left because I moved to the North Island but I will definitely go back once I move back to Christchurch. For anyone of any level looking for a great place to learn marital arts I cannot recommend Proactive Martial Arts Cashmere more highly.

I have been doing Kickboxing and Martial Arts at Proactive Cashmere for a while and have not been disappointed. The instructors are splendid and support you into achieving your goals. They take time out to explain routines when your stuck and are always there when you need them. Its one of the best environment to be at. I always leave feeling happy and motivated to come back for more. :)

Highly recommend this place, Matt, John and Marie, along with the rest of the trainers there are all very friendly and approachable. This place helps build strong, respectable, awesome kids with good values, in a fun, friendly environment. I thoroughly enjoyed training here as an adult. Always a great workout, while learning kickboxing lifelong skills and making life long friends.
