Great staff, less great bang for buck. Food tasted good but portions were small, felt like the side salad was for show not so much eating.

Selection of very tasty meats, slow cuts and Char grilled, amazing Aged Steak, probably the best I've tasted, we were all sharing dishes. Great selection of Cocktails and wines. Must Book in advance
Beautiful food, lovely atmosphere. We had a date night here and really loved the delicious smoky flavours of the food. I loved the interior decor with the flowers hanging from the ceiling and the bright pink bathroom. A real asset to Dunedin's octagon
Great atmosphere and fantastic friendly staff. They had to be with us we were catching up with a friend so took a while to look at menu and order. Food was tasty and done to perfection. I had ribs my wife had sliders. Deserts were rich and nice portions so you leave full and contented.
So so good... Had the monk fish, pork belly and sous vide flank steak with cauliflower and brocoli sides. Totally recommended, delicious and filling.
The dishes here are things that you wouldn't get elsewhere or cook yourself. I really enjoyed it, and want to go back and try some other things.
Great atmosphere! The menu is awesome and staff is friendly. We luckily got a table at the bar as it was graduation day the place was fully booked. BOOK AHAED! Staff was friendly and chefs had a great a sense of humor too (aka Ben). Amazing food, well executed. The wine list could be a little more developed for the quality meat offered but overall it was a great experience. Will definitely come back! Thanks guys!
The food is amazing, I had the flank steak but also got the pickled onion and Mac and cheese sides. Not too much, not too little - the Goldilocks epicurean zone. I had to sit with my back to the door which gave me the heebe jeebees, but waitress was eager to help fix this. I recommend making a reservation which is super easy to do on their website. Will come back.
