We purchased our first home together just before Christmas, we were excited about it but feel we didn't get the best service, we have been in now for 1month and have since found some issues we feel should been addressed. All chattels should be in working order, however the dishwasher does not in our case and nothing was mentioned prior to purchase. Our experience with property brokers was not at all made exciting no congratulations not even enjoy your new home or even a calendar, we certainly wouldn't use property brokers in the future.
