Trying to get hold of Jim McIIroy or his stand in Matthew is a joke firstly they are never at their desks (how convenient) and secondly you leave a contact number and they can't be bothered ringing it also found out McIIroy is now on holiday till the 15th Received a letter from Public Trust posted on the 17th received on the 25th,8 day's from NZ to Australia what a joke posted back a reply letter on the 25th February it's now the 7th of March have not heard a word from the public trust this is incompetence at it's best totally unprofessional behavior towards its clients

My father used this office for his Will. Their level of honesty and service was a disgrace. Their lawyers were arrogant and offensive. I would avoid them at all costs.
