If there was a zero score I'd give them zero. Guesswork Alley! I was given wrong information that would have cost me more than 400 ... and still would not have fixed my vehicle which was experiencing a draining battery. They wanted me to order a new alternator so I took it to another nearby mechanic for a second opinion and I was told to first buy original Toyota drive belts (remove the current after-market belts which were not sitting nicely in the groove). This was the answer that allowed adequate charging back to my battery. The car's been going perfect for 6 months straight, compared to not starting every few days. My tip: If you still intend to use these mechanics make sure you get quotes from other ones to make sure the diagnosis of the problem is at least the same. And make sure they give you a guarantee: that if they tell you that "this or that" is the problem, that they promise to refund you for the cost of parts and labour if they are wrong.
