Now I call it my fav place. The best Indian restaurant in Pukekohe. Been there three time and loved the consistency of flavors and texture in the food with nice selection of drinks. Highly recommend Shalimaar. Stay busy and keep serving stunning food.

Food was good. Flies were the problem. We spent our entire time there swatting them away. Service was pleasant but slow. No one came when we finished our meals. We had to find them to pay! What made it more maddening was that we were the only customers!

The ABSOLUTE BEST Indian food around! I have been struggling to find a really good Indian restaurant for ages now, but I recently moved to the area and ordered food for delivery from here. Not only was the food positively amazing but it was delivered in a timely fashion. It was really easy to order online and they have a great menu. They thankfully don't add sugar to their curries like so many other places do and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Shalimar is an easy 10/10!

Food wasn’t that pleasant overpowering, Naan bread was good. But food quality below average. Sorry you guys won’t see me again.
