Was meant to see Claire in Howick on Friday the 19th of March. We drove all the way from Pukekohe. After waiting for half an hour and having 3 other psychologist walk past us and ignore us I decided to call Claire. She informed me that she had to take her cat to the vet. Where was the communication? Highly disappointed in the extremely unprofessional behavior from you and your colleges. If you are going through a rough time in life look somewhere else
