Today was not the first time I have walked out of Noel Leemings Pukekohe empty handed due to non existent service but it will be the last. After being lured in by their online product range I have been continually disappointed by staff members standing around talking to each other and showing no interest in any customers other than those standing at the counter. I have even struggled to get assistance from the counter staff on one occasion. Lucky for me their competitor is within walking distance and I have always managed to leave there with a much lighter wallet but a happy mood. If I was able to post this review without giving them any stars I would

Staff showed zero interest in helping me at all. Another couple left moaning about that in front of me. This is not the first review like this. Quiet in store, staff having a chat with each other but not bothering to help. Won’t be back - Harvey Norman likes money, they must be getting a roaring trade from would be customers of this store. This has to be the worst Noel Leeming in NZ

6 staff on and no one comes to offer assistance. Stood in front of the camera cabinet for ten minutes. Two staff even walked past. I’m off to Harvey Norman 50 metres away. Edit: Spent 250.00 at Harvey Norman’s. Was approached and offered help. The guy was knowledgeable. Completely different experience to Noel Leeming whose staff don’t seem to care about service.

Entered the store to buy a new fridge. Was browsing and wasn't set on one yet. Wr were asked by a lady if we needed help. Both times saying no we were just looking and still deciding. She came back again. Beyond annoying when you are trying to make a decision on something. When we finally made up our minds we went to the counter. Bought it and then told it would take up to a month. Finally we have gotten to that date and no fridge or contact has been made. Had to ring customer services. Cannot get a hold of the pukekohe store. Super frustrating. Still no fridge.
