Handcuffs were very smooth, not too tight. Officers were very professional and chatty! 4 stars due to patrol car smelling like a homeless woman’s 3 month old beef cake.

The best Police Station I've been to!! Angela Smith was amazing.. The best over the counter service provided by a Police Station I've experienced in Auckland!

I went in to report a car accident. I was given a piece of paper explaining why we could not make a report. After leaving the station 5 minutes later the person who had made the dangerous move and had caused accident let me know the lady had taken a report. Double standards. You can say what you like the driver of the offending vehicle was Caucasian.

My passports were picked up in Avondale and I was advised that it would be sent to Pukekohe Police office. I was waiting for a week with no phone call from them. I came the first them, they said nothing yet. The second time...nothing yet. The 3rd time luckily once policeman tried to call to check out and realise it could be in their internal mailbox in the post office. They called another policeman to go and pick up. They said it would be i 30 minutes. I ended up waiting for nearly 3 hours there. The first thing is I was upset is picking up the mail is the job of administration. They must pick up daily. They did not do their job properly. The second thing they should not let the police on duty to pick up the mail as it ending up 3 hours when they got 111 call, and i do not think that is their job. It was really strange to me for their service. It was an urgent to pick up the passport for urgent registration.

I would like to pass on a "Well Done" to Tracey for her courteous, professional assistance she gave me this morning when I came to Pukekohe Police station about my stolen car and fuelcard

Why would you be closed on the weekends? Found a lost phone, went to take it to the station and it's closed! Seems pretty strange to me.....
