The lady was really helpful with all my questions and good prices.
Disappointed with after sales. The UV bulb in my unit lasted about a week. I installed myself so possibly my own issue, but no offer to support an unhappy customer with a new unit that's not working. Response - Just pay the full bulb replacement of 180. So have ordered replacement bulb elsewhere online at 1/2 the price.
Really helpful when choosing a water filter for home use. Tap water tastes amazingly better.
i needed to check what filters and UV bulb to order and Essie was very helpful and prompt in arranging the order and payment of an item they do not stock.
