Not sure what the one star reviewer was on about as they do not even state what they were unhappy about and only had 5 reviews themselves. Got to love those jealous competitors . Have been to Elysium several times for facials and tans and found the service to be exemplary. Always thrilled with the facials and happy to recommend to my very fussy friends.

Would not believe most of the five star reviews on here, as they seem mostly fake. I don't typically write many reviews myself, but the glowing, five star reviews are clearly written by the same person (more than likely, written by the business itself). These accounts have only one-two review(s) to their name, with similar pattern in grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes. Try at your own risk.

Went in for an sns emergency when I was on holiday as I broke one of mine and they were nearly due to be redone anyway. The lady was really nice but she removed the old sns mostly with pliers and ripped off so many layers of my already thin nails! I had to ask if she was going to remove it all like that then she soaked some off. She then prepared my nails manually and made me bleed when she was filing them.. and after all that she used some kind of gel that really hurt as my nails were so thin by the that the uv light was extremely hot. I've been home for 4 days now and two nails already peeled off and the others are all chipped. This cost 90 as I got some extras. I am going to see my regular lady today to see what she can do to fix them.
