I was reluctant to purchase my next NEW Toyota from GWD Queenstown, as they do not have a highly respected local name and the dealership service is known as being lack luster at the very least... but being a local since 2014.. I decided to give them one chance! Clark was exceptional and so far his follow up support has been timely and swift..... Here's hoping it lasts..... I MAY look at buying my new 2019 Toyota Hiace Van off them later in 2019... but time will tell. LOVE the new 2019 Rav4 Hybrid Limited of which the wait lost now I understand is well over 5 MONTHS.....

The staff goes above and beyond for costumer satisfaction, and takes extra time to educate their clients about any issues on the actual mechanics causing trouble within the vehicle to help their clients make an informed decision.
