This person is very unprofessional and to be honest not good at her job. We paid her 5000 to arrange a skill work visa, We discussed this prior to her doing the application and we told her what a very professional immigration lawyer had advised us, He had said to wait for the outcome of the current application before making a new application, Kay Luv told us that she could get this changed and applied for the skill work visa. The application done by Kay Luv has failed and instead on making good on her mistake, She blames us and the Immigration officer. Kay Luv could have been professional to her approach to her mistake and should have offered to do the application again properly with no charge. However, This is not what she has done, Instead she has told us to pay again and takes no responsibility for her mistake. I would avoid using this company and this person and look at other immigration advisors that would be more professional and less stressful. DON'T USE THIS PERSON, YOU WILL JUST BE RIPPED OFF and LOSE YOUR MONEY and NO RESULT.
