I have supported Thai2go from the day James opened. Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience recently due to ordering a meal and it not coming with the tofu it said It would come with. I called to let them know and was told I needed to request tofu when It clearly states on the menu that it comes with tofu. Therefore I am giving a 1 star review for the poor customer service. I have added a photo the menu that shows the meal ingredients. The menu states "flat rice noodles are stir fried with egg, beansprouts, tofu and organic vegetables and your optional choice of meat"

Food in good portions, and it’s organic which is great. But apparently it’s not authentic at all We ordered chicken satay and Tom Yum soup, the ingredients are the same. I’ve never seen broccolis and zucchini in Tom Yum soup in my life. Lol. It tastes ok I would say. Very Kiwi Thai food though.

The food has always been excellent from here (I've been ordering for years), even when the orders have been wrong, they've still been delicious, but recently the service has gone downhill unfortunately. They've recently "upgraded" to online ordering only. The system is slow and convoluted, and generally something always goes wrong. This time it wouldn't accept my credit card number. I phoned up to try and figure out why, and hopefully order over the phone but the owner was snappy, unhelpful, and really didn't seem to care, or offer any explanation. I'd really love to continue to support a local business who have to date delivered great tasting food, but the service and the new ordering system is making it difficult to do so. Recently adding what I consider to be an over the top charge to make it hot just adds insult to injury.
