They are a total bunch of liars. Keep saying they have tried to deliver something but no one was there even though it’s a 24/7 business and I run the front of house. They say the tried calling and left a message yet no message exists and no missed calls. Total liars. I wouldn’t trust them to run a thing not to mention even deliver something.

Very bad service, horrific service, no update info, tried to sent several emails no repond at all, terrible ..........no words on it.
Horrific service, no update on delayed packages, 2 day service took 4 days, communication was poor, no email address to voice concerns too made available on website, required to sit on hold for extended periods of time to wait on someone to give you an incomplete answer. Dissapointing.
Useless absolutely useless, I work at a b&b in queenstown which always has staff onsite. They never knock just drop a note to collect from a drop point and leave. I know the drivers get paid by the package and they are just being lazy and not bothering to actually deliver anything. Instead we have to pay a staff member to go to the drop point using the company car to collect any packages we where meant to have delivered directly to us I only wish we could invoice them for the cost to go collect each package due to their lazy staff. I've tried complaining to the company but it just gets ignored so now all of you out there can see how bad these guys are at what is a very simple job.
