DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Booked a car online for our trip that was available on line, which included pick up from airport. Arrived at queenstown no pick up. Ring them to find out the car wasn't available. Why are you advertising it's available? The guy on the end of the line was rude as. Was pretty much better luck next time. You took all our details including our card details. Sounds like you are running some kind of scam. Sort your business out. Fully not acceptable. Will never book with you again and will tell everyone to stay away from you. On the other hand go rentals was absolutely lovely and sorted our issue out within 2mins.
Hey guy's! Thank you so much for the rental experience it was fantastic! The managers Nyron and Steve were super helpful and all round great guys, they seemed pretty busy but they made time to make sure we had everything we needed. Price's were great and so was the car, would highly recommend this rental company hands down. Kind regards One happy family
Second time using them. Great customer service but the car this time a bit disappointing caused it uses premium fuel which end up breaking our fuel limit budget. Other than that all good.
Cars are in very good condition. Good prices.
Same as someone below - booked a car, but then its not available. Learnt my lesson - will go with someone else when I want a car. Nice scheme for collecting people's details, including credit card, though.
Made a booking and it said confirmation email will be sent. Called by 11am and promised confirmation in two hours. Called at 3.30pm , nothing was done until then, I was told no car available. Now we looking for other options in the last minute. Person on the other side apologized and recommended someone else. Seems like they are too busy and didn't have time.
The most relaxed car rental agency I've ever had to deal with! The staff were so nice, we could even pick our car up a little early, and everything was super chill. They made renting a car for the day so easy!
