QuickCircuit (QC) is a growing electronics manufacturing company and since 1999 we have seen significant expansion in the high-mix electronics manufacturing environment. We now employ over 140 staff at our two North Harbour premises and a growing Wellington base. We are ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certified and have an in-house IPC-610 Qualified Trainer who is progressively training our staff in IPC certification. Our four manufacturing lines across Auckland and Wellington are powered by nine high-tech Samsung pick and place machines. These are equipped with automated optical inspection and supported by our programming and test services. All areas on our production floor are RoHs and REACH capable. And a new addition has been an environmental chamber. In our second Auckland facility we provide final cell assembly and distribution teams. We can supply cabling, cases and source other final assembly items to your specifications. Our distribution facility allows you to save your own space and takes the hassle out of keeping stock on hand with Kanban options available. With our team of dedicated account managers and production engineers available to you by phone and email you will always have someone to help assist with your product needs. We also have two procurement teams ready to source components worldwide on both short and long lead times so we can provide a quote that is tailored to meet your needs. The purchasing team can also supply your PCB and stencil requirements, dealing direct with suppliers and fabricators in China. Our customers are provided with a secure login to our Web-portal which enables you to check the progression of your order through production. Our system offers a lot of transparency that enables you, the customer, to see as much as possible about your products'​ journey through QC.
