Amazing service! My surfboard needed a repair so I went to Raglan Surf co. and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Luke organized the repair for me and he loaned me a board to keep surfing while mine was in the shop. I was amazed when my board was fixed and all ready to surf the following day. Thank you Luke, the repair man and beautiful Lucy at the front desk! For sure I will be back again as it was only a pleasure dealing with these guys!

BEST MADE COFFEE IN NZ! Ngaru and the crew are lords of the brew. If I could, I would bathe in the flat whites they produce. Don’t go through town without stopping here.

Great range of quality cotton clothing, cool kids hoodies and tshirts. I was after particularly good quality sunglasses and customer service was awesome, happy with my ray-bans, thanks guys!

If I could choose zero stars I would. Super rude customer services. I found a top for my brother which unfortunately had a severe stain on it so I asked if they possibly had any others in the same size as there was only the size smaller. I was told no, which was fine but the fact that I was told it was on the sale rack because of the stain was just wrong. There is a difference between being on sale and faulty. The server didn't even acknowledge that I brought the product to him in case it happened to anyone else and he put it back on the rack when I left.

Amazing shop with a really great range of products and awesome service, just bought a wetsuit yesterday and staff (particularly Aimee :D) was super helpful and knowledgeable, would definitely shop here again!

I would encourage nobody to shop at Raglan Surf Co again. I rented a surfboard from them for the week at a great price. The worker who told me to return the board Wednesday at Noon. I called the shop Wednesday at 9am to ask if I could return the board at 2pm because I had no ride into town. She assured me there was no problem. When I showed up at 2pm with the board she charged me for an extra half day of rental. I explained to her that it was unfair because she had told me differently on the phone and she passive aggressively escorted me out of her shop saying I should have known the policies. I would encourage everybody to rent from the surf shop right next door instead

My wife and I dropped in to say hi and buy a few items we didn't bring from Australia. I was surprised by the range of quality clothing and accessories. A lot of high performance boards upstairs but nothing for us old guys who ride 7' and 60lts or more. Connor helped us sort a surf itinerary when the wind and weather became onshore at Raglan. Found great waves up north. Thanks Team at Raglan Surf Co. Much appreciated. Great coffee as well. Cheers. Tony & Lucy.
