LOVE MY RAISEYS BCCAS 6 out of 5 stars!! Reasons I love them: Clean BCAAS, with electrolytes and L-glutamine (I have never found a BCAA that countains all my favourite things). Also, sweet but not too sweet (not sickly). My favourite flavour is pineapple followed by orange but have just bought passionfruit to try that as well. BCAAs is so important and I think so many times women think its a mens supplement but LEUCINE is SUPER important in the recovery and muscle synthesis stage. So if you want to recover well and get more from your work outs use Raiseys! :)
