Big shout-out to Ignition Firewood. Second year getting my winter wood from them. The wood and service has been fantastic! I had to switch delivery times and they were super accommodating. Delivery person was on time, organized, professional, and made the delivery a breeze. The wood is of excellent quality -- I ordered kiln dried and it's definitely dried and ready to go! I will be ordering again next year too. Bring it winter!

I have been using Ignition Firewood (IF) for a few seasons now after having issues with wet wood and difficult communications with other suppliers. IF provide a range of wood mixes (I order kiln dried hot mix) as well as other useful products. I am very happy with the quality and dryness of IF's wood, Carlos is friendly and professional, there are specials for early birds, and staff are trained well. We live up a ROW which is a bit awkward. My recent delivery was by a very new driver, Dalles. His communication with me, and his care and skill in dropping a neat, well-placed 3m3 pile of wood suggested he had been doing it for years!

Prompt responses from Carlos who was always helpful. I ordered online for delivered gum and got it several days later. Wood is perfectly dry, split to a good size and burns really well. No rubbish in it. Delivery driver was polite too and knew what he was doing, careful not to damage garage door he had to dump in front of. All things considered these guys really know what they are doing. First time I've bought from them but will definitely be going back. Thanks Ignition!
Great service with good quality firewood. We have had several winters' worth now, and appreciate being warm! We love the discount for buying early and drying it ourselves, and that in the winter we underestimated how cold we would be we could buy dry wood.
