Excellent shop with great staff
Was served by a lovely lady named Alex. Her customer service was amazing. everything i asked she answered. If you want good service see Alex. Wouldn’t waste your time seeing any of the male stuff All very rude.

We went there to ask about USB mics and Drones. We could only find one budget Dron. Very different from what is on the website. We were there for half an hour looking and no one came to us. I went to ask a guy and he walked off. Just rubbish.
Lady served me while other staff stood around in back ground. She was good. Answered all my questions. One shopper came into store and waited while 3 male staff members chattered to themselves. Always been a problem with this branch unless branch manager is floating around. Even worse at Christmas . Some male staff look in other direction when female comes into store..
Absolutely Appalling service. I approached the manager who was too busy checking his social media to even acknowledge my presence. ushered another staff member over to serve me, without verbal recognition motioned his hand. Obviously checking his status on Tinder was a more important thing than trying to sell a product. What I was after was to see the difference between a Lenovo Smart Clock and an Alexa Echo Dot with Clock. I specifically wanted to see the difference in the flesh between the products as a potential Christmas purchase. The Lenovo smart Clock wasn't in stock even though I was looking at a floor model in the flesh. There were Echo Dots in stock but not on display, the Young Sales person said he wasn't allowed to get one out of the box to show me how it works??!!! Obviously they're not interested in selling anything as I wanted to see one in action before buying. Felt very confused and angry, will be taking our business to Nicols 100% which is locally run and cares about customer service. I'm not going back into this shop and I suggest you don't either.
