the children here are a bit harder to get and they are a bit more chewy then the ones at bk but the will do for now would recommend for drug pick up spot to i left my meth pipe behind the pots can someone please grab for me cheers (also here is one of the children)

The staff are friendly and helpful. Smaller than some of the Christchurch shops, but they carry a good range of products. Great photo printing services and the quality is top notch. Plenty of easy access parking with disability parks just outside the front door. Stationary Warehouse has now moved into the Warehouse building across the road from its old location.

Poor customer service! Was told there is no cash at the self service terminals.... had to push back through the line to wait 5 minutes at the customer service till while someone was returning a TV. While i was waiting there where two staff members talking at the door and the ignorant lady in the self service area didn't call for help or server anyone. The girl in the customer service area was stressing about the cue and tried to get the lady in the self serve area to help. She finally call for someone else to help. This store needs to up its game on customer service, make some changes to the staff layout and have if your going to have self serve areas make them take cash!

The Warehouse Stationery is a store that sticks most of the stationery items you will ever need. They are quite pricey and a little slow at the counter. Having said that they know the products and can director where to find what you need. The car parking is normally ok but can take several attempts to turn around. Located by East Belt they are conveniently located from other major shopping areas in Rangiora's CBD. In my humble opinion you should get what you want if you went here.

I went into the warehouse the other day and asked if the Xbox was in-stock, and the man told me it would be in-stock next year January/February, so I went on the website and it said in stock in rangiora in 4 days. ):

Is it appropriate for a store manager and a security manager (that are related to each other) to be in a position of running this store? Highly unusual circumstances for an established company to have this concept. Its no wonder that good staff have resigned from working here, festering ground for a bullying mentality.

Called this morning, spoke with Julie. Staff don’t know product and can’t use computer to tell me if product is in stock. First phone call I was transferred but was hung up on, second phone call just was transferred and no one answered after a ridiculous wait time. Sort your staff out The Warehouse.
