The service staff are great. Friendly and helpful. I do find their prices are a bit steep, even compared to other Toyota outlets. Have had issues with some work that was done on my car in the past but they came through in the end so I will continue to work with them.

Booked a service for my car online through an add on FB. The process was flawless. Entered my plate number and current mileage and the website then recommended which service my car should have. I was then contacted by Rangiora Toyota who informed me that my car had been booked in for the time and day I requested. Judy's customer care was impeccable and the price was very reasonable and exactly what was quoted by the website, so I knew upfront what the cost was going to be. The condition of my loan car was also very good. Well done Toyota NZ and Rangiora Toyota, you are assured of my custom in the future.
