Just the same taste as your home cooked food! One of the few places where you can be certain to be having freshly cooked food unlike many big restaurants. Warm and friendly customer service!

If you are vegan/vegetarian and want to have authentic Indian home food taste then "Ras Vatika" should be your first/second choice in entire Auckland. I have been to couple of vegan/vegetarian restaurents in Auckland. Govinda also should be in your list. (If you are searching for pure vegan/vegetarian meal) I was amazed by the quality and taste of food. (Definitely Try *Thali*) Fresh food with enough quantity. You can simply sence the food when it appears in front. (Note: I don't go to such restaurents which serves vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food for same table. Because you know tha fact. That's why I don't have experience for such restaurents).

One of the most underrated Indian vegetarian restaurants in Auckland is Ras-vatika. Been part of Auckland community for yearsssss, a hidden gem inbetween Asian yumminess on Dominion road. Simple home cooked food served along with old Rafi songs.

Delicious and affordable food. My favourite Indian food places to eat in Auckland. This is the Special Thali 20 which could easily feed 2 people.

Unfortunately we never get to sit and enjoy the dinner . We made call earlier and booked for 2 people 6.30 pm .But there were not enough tables, very few they were already taken, Sadly the reception was very cold and ambience was very poor so we left . we felt very bad , we wanted to try their food menu . Hope they improve on reception and clean ambience for dine in customers. take way may be good , not Dine in .
