Absolute Pirates - require an annual licence for a product we previously paid in full for. Now locked out of accounts and cannot process GST. What a sad end to a previously great product. We are off to Xero........
Emailed support two days ago and not even one reply from them. Over the last 23 years in business my experience with Reckon/QuickBooks support is the worst I have ever experienced. No support would best describe this hopeless company.
The most 'UNuser' friendly company to work with. After 2 mins of listening to phone options that you struggle to understand and then get told you've called outside of business hours at 9:04am??????
