Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff are very rude and give off the vibe that they don't care. Came here a couple of weeks ago, walked in and staff members just looked me up and down and continued what they were doing. Felt insanely judged and not welcomed, didn't even get a hello? Went to changing rooms and the curtains would not shut at all. Left the biggest gap for people on the outside to see me so couldn't even try on clothes. Told the girl about this and she just looked at me and shrugged. Don't waste your time here.

I love the 2 Christchurch stores! All the staff are amazing and have helped me put looks together in a pinch for events! Have recently started selling there also, really recommend!

Accidentally purchased a women's shirt found in the men's section. They wouldn't let me return the product even though the information about the product was misleading. They don't know how to sort their clothes. Terrible experience. Waste of time and money.

Not as great a selection compared to Recycle boutiques I've been to in other city's. Price to value ratio is squewed and staff dont give of a welcoming tone.

I have been a regular shopper at this store in the Tannery. I was in there a while back and purchased a Trelise Cooper dress. Just as the transaction went through on the eftpos machine i noticed bad fading of the sun down the sleeves and shoulder and patchy fading on the whole front of the dress. I asked if I could have some money refunded or swap with something else and the answer was No its too late.I had not even left the store. I left very disappointed. I sent an email complaining about the lack of service. No reply. A few weeks later I sent another email and again no reply. Not even an apology. I remain not only disappointed but it has really tainted my opinion of that store. I have spent 30 years in retail and have NEVER done that to any customer and I have never been treated that way as a customer.

This is a great store, lovely and clean and great selection. They had a sign up today that they weren't taking anymore items at this time. A nice upmarket store, worth a visit if you're looking for label clothing. Reply: no inconvenience at all, just trying to be informative :)
