5 stars for the lady on tonight, only one cooking when I was there, was left in store alone to do all the orders. 1 star for her team not supporting. Lady was a bit rude but tbh, so would I be if I had to work in a pizza shop on a Saturday night alone. The other workers, tell your mates to stay home, or pick up and go. I see there are other people who noticed it's a bit of a hang out for the other workers friends. Is there a money issue also? Store needs a bit of a do up. Could not fault the pizza other than rushed (and again, I fully understand why) cutting. Give her a pay raise and get the "whip" out for the others.

Ordered the "vegan godfather", got home and found it had pepperoni all over it and no plant based beef. Cant eat it. 18 down the drain. It was a pretty straight forward order. Poor service in store also. Avoid this place....

Not prompt service, so maybe more staff needed or improve customer service. Cleanliness? A huge slab of pizza dough sitting on a table with a dirty dishcloth in a small plastic container touching it. I think it needs someone to oversee this type of thing. Sanitation? Smeared and dirty plastic screens near dough table.

It always seems easier and more pleasant getting pizzas from the Red Beach Domino's rather than the Whangaparaoa store near New World. Thanks guys well done again !

5 times out of 10 they're very late (over an hour), never have enough delivery drivers to make deliveries on time and 1 in every 10 orders is wrong. If you can order from a different dominos id recommend it as this one is a gamble on if it's going to be on time, be correct and be able to have a delivery driver available to deliver. When they do get it right, the pizza is nice but almost never not late.

Worst place to order food for delivery on the coast. If your food doesn't arrive in bad condition then it doesn't arrive at all due to *insert generic excuse from store*. I couldn't even begin to count how many times I've had to contact customer service regarding this store and every time I'm not adequately compensated. Word of advice, don't try to order here unless you're willing to go there, order it there and take it home with you. They may as well just cancel their delivery service at this point.

So bad, they would rather serve their friends first than cook customers orders, no sugar on the churros so you can't even call it a churros should be deep fried dough and my pizza was not cut.. Its more like a night club outside the shop with all the friends of the dominoes workers. I'm not supprised by all the bad reviews relating to time it's because all they are doing is hanging with friends. The girl that works there is the only one holding that place together!
