Staffs are friendly, and professional. They know what you need, they will just sell exactly what you need, not expensive and not really what you need stuffs. They know their stuff and have good patience to explain to their customers. Your new website is way better than the old one. It finally can compatible with mobile phones.

I purchased a new .308 package during April 2019 and after taking it on only two hunts, the scope starting misting up. I took this into Reloaders today to see what they could suggest. I was totally impressed when they immediately replaced the scope - no questions asked. In my book this is excellent service and I cannot rate them highly enough!
First time customer at this store. Very (very) impressed. The completely pleasant store owner fitted an old scope of mine to new mounts (he actually had in stock) for my Bavarian with an impeccable precision and care. Real knowledge. Great prices as I scanned around too. My gun shop of choice from now on.
Excellent service and prices. Had some work done on a shotgun of mine, they came up with an excellent and permanent fix. Great communication during the process. When in store staff are friendly and insitful.
I phoned up Reloaders Supplies to check if they had an item in stock and was greeted with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. In the end I was left on the end of a one sided phone Call for over 8mins without explanation and then when I asked if anyone was still there they said "hold on!" And hung up on me. It's 2018 learn to communicate over the phone.
Fairly well stocked store, and knowledgeable staff. If something is out of stock they can usually get it in on their next order. Store may be hard to find as the store front is down a narrow street.
