Recently purchased a vehicle from here. I’d like to say I’m extremely pleased with the service I’ve had. Turn around delivery on my Renault Trafic was prompt. The team here are very professional yet friendly and almost made me feel like part of the family. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Also I’m absolutely stoked with the package I was given and will surely be dealing with them again in the future.

This is the most disorganised service department I have had anything to do with for some time. Communication is poor, knowledge of staff is poor, customer service is poor . The staff are continually changing and don't appear to have clear roles . Pity because the sales department are great . Parts got lost, then were painted the wrong colour, it was suggested I put the replalcement on myself, and whilst all this was going on another lady customer was waiting for her vehicle to be brought out of the garage and this took 20 mins as no one seemed to think it was their job .
