Cannot speak highly enough of this new restaurant. Amazing service and food. We LOVED everything we had and will definitely be back to try some of the other plates. Our only suggestion is to put a NZ Chardonnay on the wine list please

We had a late evening booking on a VERY busy Saturday night at Amok. The staff were working extremely hard but went out of their way to accommodate and chat to us. Although there was a limited menu left due to their roaring trade we were given completely drinks and a beautiful entrée to accompany our main meal (which was delicious). Amok is clearly a restaurant made up of highly passionate, dedicated staff who look to provide a great dining experience and we looking forward to getting back there soon.

Scrumptious food, cosy and awesome place, able bartender, friendly team. What else you can ask for at Wellington? Only critique is that the Pork Belly is too much fat and need a bit more time to cook. But that absolutely won’t effect the 5 star rating.

Really cool restaurant in an old property on Majoribanks. The food was top notch and so are the house negronis. I was really surprised at how cheap it was for such high quality food

Great food, really good sharing plates at a reasonable price! Really exciting dining experience with a lot of ingredients that I haven't tried before. Great drink selection and awesome staff. Hope to become a regular.
