The saleswoman here is AMAZING. So friendly and really knows how to help you find exactly what you're looking for. My husband even tried on a colour he would never normally wear and loved it. We will definitely be coming back.

Unhelpful!!! Lighting and decor very dark, not good for vertigo. Older female wanted me to do size conversions for them. No offer to show what they had in stock, closet to requirements. “We don’t sell that size” even after saying it’s for a growing teenager and only 1 size smaller then they sell (a belt would have sufficed). Better off in Hornby with friendly, helpful service and the staff are welcoming. Bought twice as much as planned.
