Terrible customer service. Rude ladies that work here and they drag down the ‘Lora Jane’ name. As a branch in a busy mall the manager or Second In Charge should really improve the retail workers service attitude and mannerism towards customers. I’ve come in the store a few times in the last months as I love the quality of the Lora Jane active wear but the staff put me off buying from Lora Jane. You’re about to loose a customer due to the people that the store employs. Please up your attitude towards customers! (Reason: body shaming and rude comments to customers)

I was struggling to tell the difference between leggings online so went into the store today. Both woman were incredibly helpful, warm, knowledgeable and I walked about with my first Lorna Jane pair thanks so much

I specifically asked before making my purchase if I would be able to return the item as it was a gift I was unsure about. The sales associate informed me they did. When I went back to return the I was told I would only be given store credit. Something definitely not told to me and I explained this to the manager and she did not care either. No returns is ridiculous to begin with on top of misleading costumer service associates. The shirt it self was not even worth the cost, clearly poor quality.

I visited the Riccarton store Friday night and I was appalled with the service I received. I walked in and was not greeted by the two staff members behind the counter. I continued to walk around and look for the tights I wanted to try on. I continued to walk around the store a total of 3 times and not one staff member asked how I was or if I needed help. I found two pairs of tights I wanted to try on and the staff just watched me walk into the changing rooms without asking if I needed any assistance. I tried both pairs on and liked a pair, this whole time no one asked how I was. I decided that the service was not worth my sale so I walked out and had to buy them online and pay an extra 10 for shipping. I work in retail myself and I am highly disappointed in the service I received. I will not be returning to this store again.

Yessss, Lorna Jane FINALLY in New Zealand! Love this brand and the girls in-store were so helpful when I went in at the weekend. 10/10.
