Very disappointed, recieved a text while at work saying the cleaners needed to stay longer than what I paid for. Communication difficult at times. I could hardly notice the cleaners had been if it wasn't for the dirty cloth/disposable gear thrown in my organic bin by the front gate. Was really looking forward to a treat but was just a waste of money

The most shocking service from this company - I would not recommend. One of the worst cleaning jobs I have ever seen and they quoted 595 A complete rip off and I ended up redoing the job myself. I regret using this business in so many ways. I complained about the job (I even sent photos showing the poor quality job) and I then received the most awful customer experience, they didn't care and demanded payment and threatened a legal bill I asked to speak with the Managing Director who wouldn’t get back to me. Poor experience all round.

Poor communication. Cleaners arrived 3 hours late. And charged an exorbitant fee. Communicating about the fee afterwards was extremely difficult. I cannot recommend these cleaners on this basis.
