Quotes came in quickly and were easy to understand. A professional company with excellent product and excellent service from Dion and the team at Richmond. Their product is first class, well made quality materials. Follow up was continuous throughout our 2 year renovation. Any problems were quickly dealt with. We would definitely use Fairview (Richmond, Nelson) again with no hesitation, and are happy to recommend to anyone building or renovating.

Fairview windows through out new home. 11 months old and a large pane cracks for no reason from the edge. Installed by Contour and so they are finger pointing. A decent compnay would come to check. No one 1 month on has come to look. Cheap - average windows. Poor service !
