New dog mum who rung with a concern. First it took a while to get in touch with someone (they acknowledged that they got my message but I had to ring again to get a reply). When I did speak to someone, the receptionist on the phone was rather rude and made me feel like a terrible dog mum (very judgy tone). So much so that I went to a different vet instead and had a fantastic experience (now my chosen local).... The vets may be fab but the staff could use some training in emotional intelligence.
