Came to these guys because we had dealt with Enzed ( Suvic) in HB and found them amazing, shame our experience here was NOT the same. After 3 months of living h... trying to get an issue diagnosed correctly and fixed, we returned to see these guys when we were back in this region and explained to them that due to a REFERRAL they had told us to go and see, we ended up paying out k due to referred workshop mis diagnosing and breaking a part that they had taken out to check. Hubby was told that said staff member no longer worked there and that it is NOT their policy to refer work to workshops?? Did not appreciate the insinuation that were were making up a story and very convenient to find out that said staff member no longer worked there. Their parts may be good but customer service??? Sadly lacking.
